A boat carrying a group of university scientists exploring the area of the Bermuda Triangle ran aground on an uncharted land mass, which turned out to be the source of a strange "time and space warp" in which past, present and future were all intermingled. One of the scientists, Dr. Fred Walters, was drawn into the warp, along with young Scott, where they met three people from various eras, each of whom was trying to find the way back to his or here own time. The adventures of these wanderers in time and space, the bizarre creatures they encountered and the conflicts between them were all interwoven in the series.
